Vignola House is located on the first floor of Masseria Guadiano Vecchio and has a private entrance. The House is accessible by a staircase. At your disposal is an inviting spacious covered veranda furnished with a table, chairs and a comfortable sofa. The staircase at the entrance leads to the solarium terrace with artificial lawn and sunbeds where you can relax. It also provides access to the other 2-level spacious terrace with a 360° panoramic view over the surrounding countryside.
From the veranda you have direct access to the living area, a bright living room with a big table, and to the kitchen.
Vignola House has 2 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed, 2 single beds and a pouffe bed.

General terms and conditions for booking and cancellation
At the time of booking guests will be charged a reservation fee worth 30% of the total booking price.
100% refund for cancellations up to 20 days before the scheduled arrival. 50% of reservation fee is refunded in case of booking cancellation between 20 days and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival. No refund in case of no show or late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival).
Conditions regarding booking cancellation and reservation fee can be changed at any time without prior notice and depend on the accommodation type and booking period.
Final payment can be made by cash or credit card. You can pay by bank transfer in advance at the moment of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Children under 6 years of age stay for free (an age verification document is required).
Children aged between 7-12 years are entitled to half the adult single fare.
Pets are not allowed.
